True Love On BBS

I was a cosysop of a local BBS when a user started e-mailing me asking questionsa about how to navigate our system. Well pretty soon we were corresponding on a daily basis and he started complaining that 1/2 hour a day was not enough to read his e-mail and write to me. That was the best I could give him as it was a free board with 2 lines and ALOT of users. So I suggested an offline mail reader.. well he could not get the darn thing running on his system so we started to talk voice. I tryed for 3 days to get it set up for him without seeing his screen.. All this time I was being melted further and further by his very deep very german accented voice. Finally I just asked him for his office address and took a ride over there... When he opened the door I must have turned bright red.. here was a very handsome very tall man who was smiling at me and holding the door for me to come in. Well with the distraction of him being so close to me, what should have taken me 10 minutes to set up on his system took me nearly an hour and i was very flustered by the time I left there. I had to take a looong drive to cool off.. The next day he emailed me from his offline mail reader telling me he was very pleased with finally meeting me and thought I was quite beautiful. I actually blushed just reading that! Well that was two years ago.. we have been great friends and finally lovers and now Andreas and I (Merry) are going to move in together in 6 weeks to start the rest of our lives together. Just think.. this NEVER would have happened except for both of our loves of computers and a lowly local bbs. I wish everyone happiness at least as great as ours..
