Here it is, almost 2002 and Jim and I are still going strong. So many things have changed with us throughout the years, but one thing always remains the same. Our love for one another grows deeper and deeper each and every day. I would like to quote the card Jim brought home for me last night:

The years have really flown by since we fell in love... and they've brought me new reasons to love you more and more. You've been my lover, my friends, my partner and my pal. You've been strong when I needed you to lean on, and you've been tender when I needed you to listen and understand. Even though I don't always remember to tell you how much I appreciate you each day, you're still the one who makes my heart beat fast. You're the one I want to come home to forever... the one I'll always love

I love that card. As each day goes by and we raise our kids, pay our bills, and go through all the things that life has to offer, I thank god everyday that I have Jim, someone who will love me forever and that I can love in return.

For us, the question as to whether or not it is possible to find true love on the internet has been answered beyond any doubt.
We are the founders of BBWCity and were inspired to create it because of the wonderful joy we feel at having found one another. We both feel that our love transcends time and space. Ours is a love that was meant to be from the very beginning of time. We met on March 1st 1996 in the #BBW channel on the undernet and after four months of IRC and email correspondence we met for the first time in real life on July 1st, 1996. We have been together and happy ever since and sincerely hope that everyone manages to find their one true love, the romance of their life, just as we have. Whether it happens IRL or online we now know that out there somewhere is a man or woman who will love you with all their heart and soul.

And here we are 2 years later and still going strong. BBWCity has brought us much joy, and by the looks of everyone writing success stories, we are bringing people a little joy also! To date we have had about 15 marriages come from BBWcity, several dozens who have fallen in love. We hope that everyone finds what they are looking for online, as I did. Jim is everything and anything I could possibly ever want in a man. I look forward to growing old with him, and to our everyday adventure through life!!! I love you JIM!!!
