This story began on March 1st 1998. I was sitting at my son's computer, just fooling around with it (on AOL) suddenly a small box appeared in the upper lefthand corner of the screen. I had NO idea what it was. There was a funny name and next to that name it said "Aloha" I asked my son what it was and he told me "someone is trying to talk to you." So....I answered it with "Aloha back at you" The person at the other end started to ask about me. where I lived (California) We talked...or should I say typed to each other for the next 4 hours.

Over the next few weeks we became close friends and then it happened.....I fell in love with this person....I was afraid to tell her of my feelings fearing I'd chaser her away....We moved from the computer to the phone....This was a costly move...She lived in Hawaii....The second phone call she made to me.....She told me "I hope you don't think I'm crazy..But I have very deep feelings for you...A very big smile came over my face....to hear those words come from the other end of the phone... We wanted to meet (BADLY!!!) so, at the end of March...I found myself on a plane enroute to Honolulu, Hawaii....I walked off the plane....and there she was....more beautiful then her photo...Are eyes met we hugged each other. She placed a tea leaf lei around my neck and BAM!!!...it hit me....This is the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with...grow old with....and share everything with...I stayed there a week....the last night we were together, I asked her to marry me...She told me..."God I was hoping you'd ask me that before you left"....She moved to California May 1,1998 and we were married May 31, 1998....We have never been happier and believe in meeting people online and falling in love....It happened to me
