Easy Turkey Carbonarra

Ingredients:

1.2 kg (6 breast pieces) Turkey

1 tin of Cream of Mushroom Soup

350 g (3 cups) Mushrooms

300g (3 cups) of grated Chedder Cheese

300 g (3 cups) Pasta Quills

1/3 pint ( 1 cup) of Whole Cream (can use Whole Milk instead)

1 tsp of Garlic powder

Chop the breast pieces into 1 inch chunks. Place in hot oiled frying pan and cook for approx. 8 minutes or until light golden brown, add Garlic Powder and season with salt and pepper as desired. Boil water with a pinch of salt and add Pasta to water and boil as directed on package. Pour soup and cream over simmering Turkey, stirring gently. Slice mushrooms and add to mixture stirring continuously. After 5 minutes of gentle simmering, gradually add cheese while stirring mixture. Continue until all cheese is added. Stir continuously for a further 10-15 minutes. By this time Pasta should be ready, drain excess water and add Pasta to mixture. Mix together well and serve hot. Serve as a main dish.
