Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups of Bisquick

3/4 of a cup of sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)

1/2 a cup of water

1/4 cup of butter

1 tsp of Garlic powder

1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Mix the Bisquick and the cheese together well, then slowly add the water, mixing continually until a dough forms. Spoon drop on a greased cookie sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes. (until golden brown). Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over a low flame, add the garlic powder and seasoning and mix well. Once biscuits are done, brush butter mixture lightly over the top of the biscuits. Serve hot as an accompaniment to main dishes, or delicious cold as a snack.
